Installation Manual
CareerConnect is distributed as an APK. Follow these steps to install the app on your Android device from an unknown source.

Download the APK
Tap the download button below. Your browser may warn you about downloading files from outside the Play Store — choose ‘Download anyway’ to continue.

Enable installs from Unknown Sources
Open Settings → Security (or Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps). Select the browser you used to download the file and toggle ‘Allow from this source’ ON.

Run the installation
Open your Downloads folder, tap career-connect.apk, and select ‘Install’. When installation completes, tap ‘Open’ to launch CareerConnect and sign in.

Where can I download the CareerConnect APK?
The APK is distributed directly from this page. Tap ‘Download CareerConnect’ in the hero or use the ‘Start Download’ button in the Installation Manual. We do not currently distribute CareerConnect through the Google Play Store.
Is it safe to install from ‘unknown sources’?
Yes, when the APK comes from a trusted publisher like Tasleem Business Services. Android requires you to grant your browser one-time permission to install apps outside the Play Store. We recommend turning that permission back off after installation is complete.
Which Android versions are supported?
CareerConnect supports devices running Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. The app is optimized for both phones and tablets. iOS is not supported — there is no iPhone or iPad version.
How much storage and what permissions does the app need?
The installer is about 25 MB. After installation the app uses roughly 90–120 MB depending on cached data. CareerConnect requests notifications, storage (to attach CVs and documents), and optionally camera access for profile photos.
How do I update CareerConnect to a new version?
Updates are released as new APK files on this page. When a new version is available you will see an in-app banner. Download the new APK, tap it, and Android will upgrade your existing installation — your profile, applications, and messages are preserved.
Why am I seeing a ‘blocked by Play Protect’ warning?
Play Protect flags any app installed outside the Play Store by default. Tap ‘More details’ and then ‘Install anyway’ to continue. The warning does not indicate that the file is malicious.
